We promote the employability and personal empowerment of women in vulnerable or unemployed situations, so they can identify their capabilities, gain confidence and improve their opportunities for access to employment and professional development. We understand employability as a broad process, combining guidance, tools, practice and support to move forward with greater security and autonomy.
REQUIP is a digital inclusion program driven by United Way España together with Asociación Cultural Kalle, aimed at women in vulnerable situations in Madrid. Through practical workshops, volunteer support and the delivery of refurbished computers, the project seeks to reduce the digital divide and facilitate access to employment, training and personal autonomy opportunities.
