Did you know that donating, besides helping those who need it most, also comes with significant tax deductions?
If you’re an individual, the base on which you can deduct 80% of the donation from your personal income tax (IRPF) will be €250, and for the remainder there will be a 40% deduction.
If you’re a legal entity, deductions in corporate income tax will be 40%.
The deduction increases to 45% for individuals and 50% for legal entities if, in the previous two years, a donation to the same entity for at least the same amount has been made.
