Belén Perales Martín

Belén developed her entire professional career at IBM, leading the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility area for the last 20 years. After leaving the company in 2023 she has continued working in the social field, now from the third sector, in direct contact with people who need a hand to achieve social and labor integration. 

She is a professor and holds a degree in English Philology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, is a Corporate Social Responsibility Expert from UNED and holds a Master’s in CSR and Sustainability from CMI Business School. 

She is a firm believer in the collective impact of organizations and is passionate about facilitating encounters between people and creating networks that multiply individual value.
