Lola Cassinello González

Lola is convinced that social transformation is the engine of continuous improvement and that all the actors that make up society have the potential to make it possible. 

For Lola, community builds the social fabric, and that’s why she believes that being united and coordinated is the lever for achieving equal opportunities and full social integration. 

In her free time she enjoys swimming, yoga and theatrical improvisation, which help her develop transversal skills that are very useful in the workplace and in the third sector. 

She began her professional career in the third sector in 2019. She studied law at UAM and is now, with the aim of expanding her knowledge and being a better professional, studying Social Work at La Salle.
