Víctor López-Barrantes is Managing Director of NTT DATA for Iberia and International Organisations, a role he has held since October 2023. His responsibilities include leading and managing the company’s operations across the market, driving growth and innovation throughout all business units.
He has worked at the company since 2003, beginning in the telecommunications division and later holding international roles in Italy and across Europe. Prior to joining NTT DATA, he worked at Telefónica R&D as an e-business consultant.
He complements his professional career by serving as an adviser and trustee to several foundations and organisations.
López-Barrantes holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has completed several executive development programmes, including the Leadership Programme at the Oxford Leadership Academy and IT Benchmarking at the Stanford Center for Professional Development. He also holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Economics from the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED).
