PROJECT

Youth Challenge is an international program that addresses the structural causes of school dropout and low youth employability, connecting young people with the professional world through real experiences and support.

The project is carried out through a flexible pathway that combines different actions: professional inspiration sessions, mentoring, skills development workshops and exposure to the working world. All of this is carried out with the direct involvement of corporate volunteers, who act as a role model and bridge to professional reality.

The methodology is modular and adaptable to context, allowing intervention through both one-off actions and more complete pathways. The approach focuses not only on skills development but also on building confidence, role models and a vision of the future.

Delighted to contribute my grain of sand to try to give students a much wider window of opportunities and options for their future.

It's great to have new people telling us about their experience and their work. It helps us decide.
