PROJECT

We support people in training processes for access to employment, through specific workshops or by getting involved in long-term projects that carry out a multidisciplinary intervention that improves employability and skills.

SYNERGY

Working in a network with career counselors, and highlighting individualized support, we take part in employability projects involving corporate volunteers in actions focused on helping prepare CVs, create a LinkedIn profile, prepare for an interview, etc. Corporate volunteers from companies like UPS make their experience and knowledge available to beneficiaries.

Antonio's help was very useful to me, he taught me how to write my CV and give importance to things from my experience and personality for interviews

Jacqueline, participant

An excellent initiative to share with these women the use they can give to networks like LinkedIn

Jaime, volunteer

Participating in the Atalanta project has allowed me to improve my self-esteem and see myself as capable of entering the labor market to achieve economic independence

PROJECT ACTIONS

In a one-off activity format or through different coordinated actions, unemployed people are offered workshops with volunteers who share their experience and knowledge to improve their chances of accessing the labor market. It is an experience that complements the training actions carried out in these programs, with great impact.

Throughout 2022 we co-financed the Atalanta project, an annual training pathway that offers support to 150 women in vulnerable and unemployed situations, in a multidisciplinary intervention, with psychologists, career counselors, legal advisors and training for labor insertion in multiple sectors.
