Sport and leisure with people with disabilities

The project is built around inclusive leisure experiences designed as meeting spaces between people of different profiles—young people, older people, migrants or people with disabilities—and corporate volunteers. 

Through activities carried out throughout the year—one-off in nature but under the same methodological approach—opportunities are generated for participation in shared sports, creative and leisure activities. These experiences foster interaction, mutual understanding and the creation of bonds in accessible and motivating environments. 

The approach combines inclusive sport (football, basketball and group dynamics) with activities such as cooking workshops or artistic proposals, facilitating the participation of diverse profiles and contributing to social cohesion, the reduction of barriers and the strengthening of relational skills.
