Corporate volunteering is a force for social transformation with direct impact on people in vulnerable situations.

We design tailor-made programs, aligned with each company’s purpose, which can take the form of stable projects or one-off actions such as mass volunteering days, days of service or activities linked to corporate conventions and gatherings.

The result is a mutual learning experience that strengthens social projects, improves work climate, reinforces ties with the company and contributes to a shared culture of commitment and collective progress.

Payroll Giving (Nómina Solidaria) allows a company’s staff to channel their social involvement through voluntary contributions that the company matches through matching systems. These funds go toward social projects defined and managed by United Way together with Third Sector entities.

We guarantee monitoring, transparency and impact evaluation, and facilitate connection spaces with the projects supported, strengthening the bond between company, employees and community.
