United Way España is a non-profit organization that multiplies the positive impact of companies, social entities and institutions by uniting them in social projects that improve the lives of vulnerable people. We create collaboration spaces that improve the lives of people in vulnerable situations.
We belong to United Way Worldwide, a global network that has been designing and coordinating community projects for more than a century. Belonging to this global network allows us to understand social needs from a global perspective, access key information and live in a culture of innovation that constantly improves our work.
At United Way, every project is unique because it starts from different social realities. We analyze contexts, listen to the actors involved and design interventions tailored to each environment. We manage each initiative comprehensively: from needs diagnosis and strategic planning, to implementation, monitoring and impact measurement. This ensures coherence, rigor and sustainable social transformation.
Our work boosts the efforts of Third Sector entities that work in direct contact with different social groups. We nurture their network and structure with funding sources and tools such as corporate volunteering, an unstoppable force for social transformation with which we also amplify companies’ purpose.
We don’t just make innovative connections, we nurture those bonds so they become stable, long-term relationships. We listen, research, engage in dialogue and call to action to create dynamics of collaboration that, while generating a positive impact today, cultivate the citizenship of the future.
