PROJECT

A program of personalized pathways for labor insertion, where personal and professional skills are trained and improved through digital tools and virtual reality. We lead and coordinate this innovative project that promotes the labor insertion of people in vulnerable situations, in La Rioja.

SYNERGY

This project is carried out thanks to the involvement of neoCK, the Government of La Rioja and YMCA. The union of these three organizations enables the development of an innovative and challenging project aimed at real labor insertion, following transversal, individualized training in personal skills, employability skills, digital skills and training on ecological transition and climate change.

PROJECT ACTIONS

The training actions, which run parallel to the guidance process and design of personalized insertion pathways, are:

  • Skills diagnosis and design of personalized pathways. Combined work with career counselors and digital tools
  • Training in transversal skills, using digital tools
  • Training in ecological transition and climate change
  • Training in employment skills – general and specific to each pathway
  • Support through mentoring for the group of participants
  • Labor insertion of at least 3 months
